“How to Rob” was the first 50 Cent single released from his album Power of the Dollar. In this 50 Cent single he talks about robbing several prominent artists in the music industry. In this 50 Cent single he mentions robbing people like Lil’ Kim, P. Diddy, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, Brian McKnight, Mase, DJ Clue, DMX, and a long list of other celebrities. In the original version 50 Cent also contained lyrics against Mariah Carey and her ex husband Tommy Mottola. The song may have been a song in tribute to an infamous gangster that was known for robbing celebrities in the 1980s and whose nickname was also 50 Cent. Though 50 Cent stated that he meant for the 50 Cent Single 50 Cent single to be only a joke many rappers that were mentioned in the song responded on record. From the Get Rich or Die Tryin’ album there was not just one famous 50 Cent single that was hot. Four 50 Cent singles were dropped from this album and were smash hits. The 50 cent single from this album were “In Da Club”, “Wanksta”, “21 Questions”, and “P.I.M.P.”. One more 50 Cent single was released from this album that was lesser known but is called “If I Can’t”. From 50 Cent’s album The Massacre he dropped four more hit 50 Cent song. 50 Cent single ‘s from this album include “Disco Inferno”, “Candy Shop”, “Just a Lil Bit”, and “Outta Control”. The track “Window shopper” was a hit 50 Cent single from the album Get Rich or Die Tryin’ OST. “Ayo Technology” and “I Get Money” were the next 50 Cent single that came out on his album called Curtis. Most recently, a 50 Cent song that gained a lot of popularity was “Baby By Me” which was from the Before I self Destruct album released in 2009. Other notable 50 Cent single that 50 Cent collabbed on are “Magic Stick” and “Can’t Leave em Alone”.
