50 Cent Music
50 Cent is different because 50 Cent lived just about everything that other rappers rhyme about. Most 50 Cent Music
is based off of a reality he once lived. 50 Cent made headlines with early 50 Cent music when he called out “wankstas”
who were wanna-be gangsters, and revealed his past. 50 Cent’s trademark was the bulletproof vest he wore every day and
50 Cent Music fit the mold of hardcore gangster rap however 50 Cent was able to create a catchy hook line as well.
With this distinction 50 Cent music was able to cross over into the genre of pop music. By 2007 when 50 released his
album Curtis some hip hop purists were not pleased with 50 Cent Music. They did not like the fact that he had crossed
over into the pop market and he began to lose his street-cred.
50 Cent music first became popular in the hip hop world as 50 Cent steadily strived to make it major. 50 Cent was
first signed to Columbia Records and began to work on his debut album. 50 Cent Music seemed to immediately grab
attention. 50 Cent got the attention of many of his fellow artists when he released a single called “How to Rob”
and mentioned robbing several well known celebrities in his lyrics. Shortly after his first album the infamous event
of 50 Cent’s life happened; he was shot nine times. Because 50 Cent Music had become controversial Columbia dropped
50 Cent from the label. For the next couple of years 50 Cent returned to the underground scene.
When 50 Cent music gained the attention of rapper Eminem in 2002 he eventually signed with the Shady/Aftermath label.
Eminem and Dr. Dre worked to produce 50 Cent Music and he began working on his next album Get Rich or Die Tryin’.
50 Cent music began gaining more and more success and 50 Cent was making headlines. After being connected to the
shooting of Jam Master J his life being recounted by the media 50 Cent’s fame began to overshadow 50 Cent Music.
Currently 50 Cent music has been placed on the back burner while he tries his hand as an actor.
